1) Should the Client require any modifications to the software or upgrade this will be evaluated and billed. 2) Monthly maintenance fee of 10,000frs is required for proper functionality 3) The client will be responsible for entering their data 4) Online Hosting is done at the end of the year and client will be required to comply at the end of the year. 5) Delivery time is maximum 48 hours from date of clear payments
