Parking Position:

Please be informed that there is no designated parking space available for tenants. We advise investigating alternative parking options in the area.

Individual Occupancy:

Your rented room is intended for single occupancy only. To maintain a comfortable living environment for all residents, please refrain from adding additional occupants to the room.

Utility Payments:

You are provided with water without charge. However, you will be responsible for paying electricity bills when they are made available by ENEO (or the utility provider).

Drying Clothing:

Please refrain from hanging or drying clothes on the rails leading to the studio and VIP session areas. You are welcome to use the designated areas or laundry facilities for this purpose.

Noise and Nighttime:

After 10:00 p.m., we recommend refraining from playing loud music and engaging in activities that may disturb other tenants in order to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment. Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep late-night noise levels to a minimum.
