🛠️ Project Scope & Features

1. Website Ticketing Tab: “🎟️ Tickets” French and English 

• A new tab will be created on the Mulema website titled Tickets.

• Upon clicking, users can view a list of available events grouped into:

  • Prime 1 ➤ Silver / Gold / VIP

  • Prime 2 ➤ Silver / Gold / VIP

  • Prime 3 ➤ Silver / Gold / VIP

  • Prime 4 ➤ Silver / Gold / VIP

2. Ticket Purchase Flow 🛒

• Clients can select multiple events and ticket categories.

• Tickets are tied to specific dates – non-transferable if missed.

• Users can add multiple tickets to cart.

• At checkout, clients fill in:

  • Full Name ✅ (Required)

  • Phone Number (WhatsApp – no spaces) ✅ (Required)

  • Sex

  • Country

  • ID Method (ID Card / Passport / etc.)

3. Payment Integration 💳

• VISA / MasterCard

• Mobile Money (MoMo)

Once payment is confirmed:
✔️ System sends Ticket Number
✔️ QR Code for entry
✔️ SMS / WhatsApp confirmation

4. Staff/Admin Panel 🧑‍💻

• View all ticket bookings

• Limit seats per category — auto out-of-stock when filled

• Reports:

  • Total tickets sold per category

  • Revenue summaries

  • Full ticket listings

5. Event Day Authentication 🛂

• Clients can be authenticated using:
  ✅ QR Code
  ✅ Name
  ✅ Phone Number

• Staff assigns ticket to client based on category on arrival
